A walk in the park

Aspiring to become one of the UK’s top business parks, Croxley Park needed a brand and marketing approach that would communicate real clarity of conviction. Blast’s strategic review showed that there was more to the Park’s success than simply the buildings – the environment and surrounding culture were crucial, too. From this simple revelation emerged the ‘Business & more’ concept, complete with a nifty ampersand logo formed from the park’s initials.

Blast asked us to help them explore the possibilities of ‘& more’, and we developed a range of messages to communicate the added benefits. This suite of headlines helped set the park’s distinguishing verbal personality, which we then built out through the website, print, film and more. A simple idea taken to its logical conclusion, it’s helped set Croxley Park apart from the competition, and on the path towards fulfilling its lofty ambitions.
